Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your plant within 30 days of delivery, we will send you a replacement plant of equal value or issue store credit for the full purchase price — your choice.

This applies if your plant:

  • Arrives damaged or in poor condition
  • Dies or significantly declines within 30 days of delivery despite reasonable care
  • Is materially different from what was described

How to Make a Claim

  1. Email floridaplantnurseryonline@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date
  2. Include your order number in the subject line
  3. Attach a clear photo of the plant showing the issue
  4. Let us know whether you would prefer a replacement plant or store credit

We review all claims within 3 business days and will confirm your resolution by email.

What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by incorrect planting, neglect, pests, extreme weather, or conditions outside normal plant care
  • Plants that are not suited to your local climate or hardiness zone (please check plant descriptions before purchasing)
  • Claims made more than 30 days after the delivery date

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you may have under applicable US consumer protection law.
