Shipping Cost

Shipping starts from $29.95 per order. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery ZIP code and the nearest available grower partner. You will see the exact cost before you complete your purchase — there are no surprise charges after checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is dispatched. Dispatch typically occurs within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed, subject to growing conditions and seasonal demand.

We do not currently deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How Your Plant is Packed

Every plant is packed by our grower partners using professional horticultural packaging designed to protect the plant during transit. Pots are secured, soil is covered, and foliage is supported to minimise movement. Most plants arrive in excellent condition — but if yours doesn't, our guarantee has you covered.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Use the tracking link to follow your delivery.
