Florida Plant Nursery is an online plant retailer serving customers across the United States. We are operated by an international company and fulfill all US orders through a network of licensed, regional US-based grower partners. We do not operate a physical retail location open to the public.

Eligibility

By using this website and placing orders, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your state of residence.

Products and Availability

We strive to display accurate product information, descriptions, and images. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, or natural variation between individual plants. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you by email and offer either a suitable alternative or a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete payment.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

We ship nationwide across the United States to physical street addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally. Shipping costs start from $29.95 per order with the exact cost calculated at checkout. Guarantee and Refunds

Every order is covered by our 30-Day Replacement or Store Credit Guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement plant of equal value or store credit for the full purchase price. We do not accept physical returns of live plants. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Florida Plant Nursery's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Florida Plant Nursery or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
