30-Day Replacement or Store Credit Guarantee

Every order from Florida Plant Nursery is covered by our 30-Day Replacement or Store Credit Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your plant within 30 days of delivery, we will send you a replacement plant of equal value or issue store credit for the full purchase price — your choice.

This applies if your plant:

  • Arrives damaged or in poor condition
  • Dies or significantly declines within 30 days of delivery despite reasonable care
  • Is materially different from what was described on the product page

How to Make a Claim

Email floridaplantnurseryonline@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and a clear photo of the plant showing the issue. We will review your claim within 3 business days and confirm your resolution by email.

What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by incorrect planting, neglect, overwatering, underwatering, pests, extreme weather, or conditions outside normal plant care
  • Plants not suited to your local climate or USDA hardiness zone
  • Claims made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date
  • Claims where photos are not provided to support the issue

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, contact us at floridaplantnurseryonline@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we are unable to accept physical returns. All resolutions are handled through our replacement or store credit process described above.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law.
