Ordering
Are all plants on the website available to purchase?
We aim to only display plants that are available through our US grower network. If a plant cannot be added to your cart, it is not currently available. Availability can change with seasons and growing conditions.
Can I order more than one plant?
Yes. You can add as many plants as you like to your cart. If plants come from different growers they may arrive in separate deliveries.
Do you offer gift orders?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout. We recommend letting the recipient know a plant is on its way so they can be home to receive it.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping starts from $29.95 per order. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery ZIP code and the nearest available grower partner. You will see the exact amount before you pay.
How long will my plant take to arrive?
Estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days from dispatch. Dispatch typically occurs within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.
Do you ship to all US states?
We ship to most US states. Some states have plant import restrictions that may affect certain species. Any restrictions will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
The Guarantee
What is your guarantee?
Every order is covered by our 30-Day Replacement or Store Credit Guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or declines within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will send a replacement plant of equal value or issue store credit for the full purchase price — your choice.
How do I make a guarantee claim?
Email floridaplantnurseryonline@gmail.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Include your order number and a clear photo of the plant. We will review your claim within 3 business days.
Do you offer cash refunds?
Our guarantee covers replacement plants or store credit. If you have a specific situation not covered by this, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Plants and Care
How do I know which plants are right for my area?
Each product page includes information on the plant's ideal climate, USDA hardiness zone, light requirements, and water needs. If you are unsure, email us with your city and state and we can help you choose.
Do the plants come in pots?
Most plants are shipped in nursery pots. Details are included on each product page.
My plant arrived and looks stressed — is this normal?
Some plants experience minor stress during transit such as wilting or slight leaf drop. This is usually temporary. Water your plant as soon as it arrives and place it in appropriate light. Most plants recover quickly. If your plant does not improve within a few days, contact us.

Where are you based?
Florida Plant Nursery is operated by an international company. All orders are fulfilled through a network of licensed, regional US-based grower partners. We are an online-only retailer and do not have a physical location open to the public.
