Shipping Destinations

We ship to physical addresses across the United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories. Some US states have plant import restrictions that may apply to certain species — where restrictions exist this will be noted on the product page or flagged at checkout.

Shipping Cost

Shipping starts from $29.95 per order. Your exact shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your delivery ZIP code and the nearest available grower partner in our US fulfilment network. The exact cost is displayed before you complete payment — there are no additional shipping charges after checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 3 to 7 business days. These are estimates only. Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. We are not able to guarantee specific delivery dates.

How Your Order is Fulfilled

Florida Plant Nursery is operated by an international company. All US orders are fulfilled through a network of licensed, regional US-based grower partners. Your plant is sourced from a grower as close to your delivery address as possible to minimise transit time and maximise plant health on arrival.

Packaging

Every plant is professionally packed by our grower partners using horticultural packaging designed to protect the plant during transit. Pots are secured, foliage is supported, and soil is covered before dispatch.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will typically leave a card with instructions or attempt redelivery. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the plant, as live plants can be affected by remaining in a box for extended periods.
